On July 26th, Skyrise was lucky enough to open for the band Immortal Synn! They are from Denver, Colorado, and they’re currently on a national tour. The gig was at The Sandbox, and our set was an hour long. Huge risers were set in front of the stage, so it was really fun to climb on them for guitar solos!! We were extremely impressed by Immortal Synn’s set- they have such an amazing stage dynamic, and their music combines 80s hard rock with catchy vocal and guitar melodies. I had a great time talking to them after their set, and I now have a signed poster from them hanging in my room!
It was such an honor to open for a band successful enough to have shared the stage with Winger and Ratt, and we really enjoyed the experience! Thank you so much to both Immortal Synn and The Sandbox for having us!!
