Session Work
Guitar that brings your vision to life.
I’m always available for both gigging and recording session work, bringing extensive experience to both worlds. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with a variety of talented artists, helping bring their visions to life on stage and in the studio. I have experience in a wide range of genres, including rock, metal, pop, country, jazz, and indie, and am comfortable working with both acoustic and electric guitar. With 25-30 live shows a year, I’m well-versed in the demands of live performance. For recording, I use top-tier equipment, including an Apollo interface, Quad Cortex, and a wide range of amp simulation plugins to deliver the high-quality tone you need, plus DI tracks for maximum flexibility. I pride myself on being timely and efficient, and I can also comp and quantize my tracks to ensure they fit seamlessly into your project.
For session work inquiries, please contact me at mggmusicofficial@gmail.com. I am available to meet with artists or producers to discuss your project in detail and ensure that we align on your vision before moving forward.
First MGG Session Album
Between the Space of Then and Now - Alexys Dowling
I had the privilege of playing guitar across the entirety of Alexys Dowling's album Between the Space of Then and Now. In addition to recording rhythm guitars throughout the record, I performed featured guitar solos on "Bittersweet Lovin'," "Layla," "Silver Dream," "The Last Time That I Call," "Does Anybody Know?," "Seek and Deliver," and "I Might Be the Only One." While I'm proud of the lead work, I'm equally proud of the rhythm guitar parts that helped shape the energy and character of the album. Contributing to a project of this scope was an incredibly rewarding experience, and I'm honored to have played a role in bringing these songs to life.
